Your site looks very good. I stumbled across it in following up on some info for Blanton Tandy Darbro. My g. grandmother was married to J.W. Curlin. I'm interested in finding out if there's a connection the Darbro's that married Curlin's. My g. grandmother was married at least 4 times, maybe 5. And was possibly my g.g. grandmother on other side as well as g. grandmother on grandfather's side. Quite a mess but isn't it fun.

Enjoyed the site. I was touched to see the Taylor School photo which I had never seen before. My grandmother was a little girl in that picture (Angeline Tedders). She died last year at age 97.

HERS AND SISTERS . IAM HER YOUNGEST SON WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM SOME OF YOU.
GOD BLESS ALL THE FAMILY
Nice web page, my mother was a COBB, her folks came from Pope Co., Golconda ILL,
John COBB, 1811-1879 from GA, married Margaret Ray/Wray? 1814-? from TN
Fairly nice descendancy listing & most of your data appears correct but a few glaring errors which you need to re-check. (1) There was no middle initial ever seen for patriarch Henry Cobb (1605 - 1679) nor are those his parents by all
sources and websites seen. (2) Sarah Cobb (1744-1816) who married Robert Treat Paine was not from the Barnstable line's Thomas Cobb/Rachel Stone family but from the Taunton line's Thomas Cobb/Lydia Leonard of Taunton & Attleboro, Mass. You should delete her from this. Also Thomas Cobb & Rachel Stone had no daughter Sarah from children born between 1711 and 1731. It is best not to perpetuate mistakes in posted genealogies.
Your work should be applauded for a job well done. It is well organized and informative. My line of Cobb comes from Asa Cobb and Fanny Coker. Jesse Cobb and Jenetta Stephens Samuel Cobb and Catherine Evans Francis (Fanny) Cobb and Andrew Jackson King Am beginning to think my Cobb's lived in a spaceship instead of Tennessee. Congradulations for a job well done Sandra King-Benavides
I don't know if the families are related, but my grandmother was Manerva Malinda Attaway McCoy, daughter of John W. Attaway & Matilda Virginia Northcott. I have no date of birth, but his death was 2 Jan 1927, location unknown.
Nancy Chance Brown
Murray Hale was my grandfather. Edna Dota Hale Chance, was his daughter, my mother.
